The file transfer service has been deprecated and is no longer the recommended option for Round Rock staff needing to transfer files to outside entities.
The recommended alternative to this service is the use of OneDrive and/or SharePoint. With OneDrive and SharePoint, sharing of files both internally and externally is easy and provides staff more flexibility and control in how files can be shared for collaboration.
OneDrive also enables staff the ability to request files from others. This feature provides a better, more secure option than receiving zip files via email.
